Otherwise click on "Free Trial Version"  After use of this Trial Version, if you decided to purchase the program, all information already entered will be automatically transferred to the full version.

STEP 2: Open TASS and click on "File" & "Company Registry".  All information should be filled out for your auction co. here.

STEP 3:    Network set from the "File" menu is where you'll set up the network structure for WiFi or RF modem use.  The computer hosting the information will automatically be assigned number 1.  Each successive computer connecting to computer number 1 will be assigned 2-9.  Register Consignor's, Click on "Clients" & "New".  Fill out all appropriate info. for that client. Click on "Save" and exit.  (All clients are automatically given a 5-digit number)

STEP 4:  Schedule Auction, Click on "Auction" & "New".  The auction page will be displayed.  Each auction can be given a name.  (Ex: Multi consignor or name of consignor for one consignor sale) Trail printing feature prints off items as they sell in multiple format for a preset amount.  this ensures that in the event of power failure, all items are retained.    Fill in Auction city, St. Next, Click on the "Schedule" button.  Enter dates & time for auction and click "New", then "Ok".

STEP 5:  Next, click on "Client List" button, highlight and select all consignors scheduled for this auction and then click on "Close"  To set up the commission structure for each client, click on the drop down menu next to client list and highlight a client. Once the desired client is in the drop down box, you can enter type of auction,  commission structure and expense information.  You MUST click on SAVE before setting up another clients' commission structure.  Once "SAVE" has been clicked, then choose another client from the drop down menu and repeat process.  The "Invoice Footer Text" field allows you to enter information that will be advertised on the bidders invoice at checkout.  A small company logo can be imported at this point. Buyer's premium can be added to this auction and associated to the auctioneer or client. Tiered commission structure is for a total of ALL items and is not assigned to amounts chosen.  Close out of this page and notice the "Auctions List" page is full of all clients scheduled for auction.

STEP 6: To enter items before or during auction, highlight an auction from the "Auctions" page & Click on "List Items" & "New".  At this point, you must choose a client from the drop down.  Whatever client is showing in the drop down menu is where funds will be issued once item is sold.  IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU CHOOSE THE RIGHT CLIENT THAT THE ITEM SELLING BELONGS TOO.  You will notice that this system automatically assigns a # for this item.  YOU CANNOT change this #.  This is how the systems knows who to pay for this item.  You can enter your own assigned # in the "LOT ID" box.  Enter info in all fields and click on "Save".  If next item is for same client, click on "New", if another client, Choose another client from the drop down menu and proceed.
